Whether your loved one has a diagnosis, or you are concerned about their behaviours around food and/or their appearance, our support groups can help you care for your loved one.
Eating Disorders Families Australia’s (EDFA) National Support Program is accredited to the National Safety and Quality Digital Mental Health Standards.
EDFA runs different types of support groups for carers (aged over 18 years). To ensure you find the right group for you, please select from the following options:

Register Now - October 22These events are an opportunity for carers to connect with others in a nurturing group. You’ll leave the event feeling grounded, clear and calm.
We also host these events on the weekend, so that those working have an opportunity to attend!
We’ll do some gentle stretching, leading into a guided meditation, and then have time for a quiet reflection through journaling with some short prompts.
